In busyness...Be Still my Soul

Below are few points noted in Chapter 3:

In busyness chasing the world, we missed out the true treasure in our life (family time, children growing up etc..)

Busyness will cause our heart to die (ie. chinese character for busy is 忙, it can be broken down to 忄"heart", 亡 "dies"). This is when we stop caring the things we cared about.

Pay attention to God, quieten our busyness. "He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Ps 46:10
